**JNI Committee Holds First Meeting of 2012, Sets Plans for Annual Dues and December Gathering**
The JNI Committee convened for its inaugural meeting of the year this evening at 8:30 PM, led by Amin Musa Kawiyu. The session, which began with an opening prayer by Azeez Tairu, the Admin outlined key objectives for the organization, including the appointment of executive members, a proposed annual membership fee, and plans for an end-of-year gathering.
**Executive Roles Defined**
During the meeting, Lamidi Sheriffdeen introduced the proposed structure for the committee's leadership. Ten roles were nominated, including Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, PRO, and other key support positions. Following deliberations, the group selected the following individuals to serve in these roles for the upcoming term:

**Membership Dues Set at 2,000 Naira**
To support this year’s activities, members will be required to pay an annual membership fee of 2,000 naira. This amount was set to fund the committee’s various projects and events, with the possibility of adjusting the fee in the future based on feedback from members.
**December Program Announcement**
The committee also discussed plans for a December gathering, aimed at bringing members together for a prayer session and end-of-year celebration. The event will be held locally for those who can attend in person. The committee will finalize the program details in an upcoming meeting, depending on the funds raised through membership dues.
