The JNI 2012 Set Students Association held a pivotal meeting today to address platform rules, annual dues, and strategies for enhancing member engagement. The meeting, which commenced with an opening prayer led by Ganiyat Oseni, saw active participation from members and executives.

Lamidi Sheriffdeen, the chairman, opened the session with welcoming remarks and outlined the objectives, emphasizing the need for strict adherence to platform regulations. During the review of rules, he highlighted the prohibition of vulgar language, sexual images, and the importance of paying annual dues to enjoy platform benefits. He also reiterated the penalties for non-compliance.

Musa Kawiyu, who provided an update on the dues, reported that only 10 members have paid so far. He urged others to make their payments promptly, emphasizing the role of dues in funding platform projects and programs.

Members discussed strategies to improve compliance with rules and payments, including regular reminders and clear communication about penalties. Suggestions for platform projects included organizing skill-building workshops and virtual networking events to foster engagement.

An open floor session allowed members to share feedback and additional ideas. The meeting concluded with closing remarks by Lamidi Sheriffdeen, who summarized the resolutions and encouraged members to remain committed to the association’s goals.

The session reinforced the association’s dedication to fostering unity and progress among its members.

The blog, structured as a news-style website, will serve as a central repository where detailed reports and summaries of JNI meetings will be posted immediately after each session. The new blog is designed to make meeting minutes easily accessible and user-friendly. Members can now navigate through reports by category, date, or key topics, ensuring quick access to specific information. JNI Committee Holds Second meeting Today

The JNI 2012 Reconnect committees holds their Second meeting on the 10th November,2024. The general meeting was held on Whatsapp group to foster engagement among members and encourage payment of annual dues. The session began with an opening prayer led by Abdulrasheed Saliman. During the meeting, members present took the opportunity to greet one another, strengthen connections, and emphasize the importance of supporting each other. The PRO addressed the matter of annual dues, highlighting the importance of timely payments and noting that some members had already fulfilled their commitments. Members were encouraged to make their payments promptly to support group activities. The PRO also mentioned the presence of new members and encouraged everyone to welcome and support them. Finally, Abdulrasheed Olayemi reminded members to check in on each other regularly to maintain the unity and well-being of the group.
