CONSTITUTION OF JNI2012 SET STUDENTS ASSOCIATION PREAMBLE We, the members of the JNI 2012 Set Students Association, in recognition of our shared history, commitment to unity, and dedication to progress, hereby establish this constitution to govern our operations, ensure financial transparency, and promote the welfare of our members. ARTICLE 1:NAME AND PURPOSE 1.1   The name of the association shall be JNI 2012 Set Students Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association"). 1.2 The objectives of the Association shall be: a) To foster unity and cooperation among members. b) To support educational and professional development through workshops, networking events, and other initiatives. c) To manage funds for the benefit of the Association and its members. d) To ensure adherence to platform rules and ethics.
